Kadushin and Harkness (2002) discuss the 'complementary' nature of administration, education
and support' and how they are 'necessary if the ultimate objective of
supervision is to be achieved' (p.20). Also discussed is an
'overlap' between each function but how each function is 'differnt in terms of
problems and goals' (Ibid).
