The Red Mill Engine said it all for me. Watching the massive wheel turn the cogs and pistons to produce steam was just like the cycle of learning. It goes on and on. Even today most of our electricity is still produced from steam turbines. Who knew?

The Cycle of Me
The Science Museum Lates series provide a themed midweek monthly night for adults to enjoy a range of films, workshops, talks, exhibits, games and other activities fuelled by liquid refreshment's and a popular and somewhat silent disco.
The Red Mill Engine said it all for me. Watching the massive wheel turn the cogs and pistons to produce steam was just like the cycle of learning. It goes on and on. Even today most of our electricity is still produced from steam turbines. Who knew?
