I was thinking of the brilliant Gabriel Garcia Marquez story called 'A Very Old Man with Enormous Wings', and the health worries of a number people I know, and how a decline in physical and mental health can keep a person in a sort of captivity.
According to Prostrate Cancer UK, 'One man dies every 45 minutes from prostate cancer. It already kills more people than breast cancer and by 2030 it’s set to be the most common cancer in the UK.'
